For the Paris 2024 Olympics, Coca-Cola partnered with Ogilvy Paris and UNIT9 to create La Fresque — an unprecedented AI-powered digital mural that let every French person become part of a living, collective masterpiece.

As AI Avatar Creator, Prompt Engineer, and Graphic Designer on this project, I was responsible for crafting and manually moderating over 3,000 photorealistic torchbearer avatars, hand-crafting 100+ unique characters in Midjourney through precision prompt engineering, and developing the visual concept and UI direction that shaped the entire experience. I also contributed core campaign visuals developed directly from the creative brief.

The final pipeline combined 8 AI models including Stable Diffusion, generating each personalized avatar in under 10 seconds. La Fresque reached over 1 million output variations and was later acquired by the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in January 2025.
